Hey Fellas I’m Kelvin

Hi, I’m Kelvin Ayere, the founder of Equity Home Loans – and I launched this brokerage with a mission to make home financing more accessible, transparent, and empowering for everyday Australians.

My journey into Mortgage broking is anything but traditional. It began in Coventry, an unpopular town in the West Midlands of England, where I earned a Master’s degree in Engineering. That background gave me a sharp eye for detail, a love for problem-solving, and a deep respect for structure – all of which now shape how I help my clients navigate complex financial decisions.

But it was my growing fascination with finance that truly set the course. I deepened my understanding through the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, and later pursued formal qualifications tailored to Mortgage and Property – including a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Management.

These qualifications not only allow me to serve as a fully accredited mortgage broker, but also as a licensed buyer’s agent – giving my clients a strategic advantage in both financing and purchasing their property.
